Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal
Cards engraved with your name, job title or logo, and cards produced in your own design, are made to your specification. Under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the fourteen day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This is exactly why we send you a digital proof and produce nothing until you have approved it. Check the proof carefully: the name, the spelling, the job title and the logo.
Non personalised products
Where an order contains no personalisation, consumers have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Notify us at info@blacktap.be within that period and return the goods unused and in their original packaging within fourteen days of that notice. Return shipping is at your cost. We refund within fourteen days of receiving the return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a card arrives damaged, does not work, or does not match the proof you approved, write to info@blacktap.be within seven days of delivery with a photograph. We replace it at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights as a consumer are unaffected by this policy.
Platform management
Yearly platform management is invoiced in advance and is not refundable for the period already started. You can cancel it so that it does not renew, and your Pro features continue until the end of the paid period.
