Production before shipping
Every card is made to order. After you place an order you send us your details, and if you chose engraving, your name, job title and logo. We send a digital proof within 24 hours. Production starts once you have approved that proof and payment has been received.
Delivery times
- Standard, Belgium: 72 hours after proof approval
- Priority, Belgium: 48 hours after proof approval
These times are working day estimates and are not guaranteed. If anything delays your order, we tell you.
Outside Belgium
For deliveries elsewhere in the European Union, contact info@blacktap.be before ordering. We confirm the rate and the delivery time in writing.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices on this store exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where possible and write to info@blacktap.be within seven days of delivery. We replace damaged cards at no cost. If a parcel does not arrive, contact us and we open an investigation with the carrier.
