What a manager gets
- Team dashboard. Every card in the company in one overview, per employee.
- Lead capture. The person your colleague just met leaves their details on the profile page, and the lead goes straight to that colleague.
- Tap analytics. How many taps, on which days, at which times, and from which region.
- Monthly report by email. A summary per card, without anyone having to log in.
- Per employee management. Someone joins, someone leaves, a job title changes. You edit it centrally.

Volume pricing
All prices exclude VAT. The price of a BLACKTAP Pro order includes the card and the first year of platform management. Platform management is 36 euro per card per year afterwards, invoiced yearly and cancellable.

With ten cards, full sales intelligence for your team costs 3 euro per card per month.
Personalised engraving
Name, job title and logo on the metal. 25 euro for a single card, 20 euro per card from five, 17 euro per card from ten. Custom designs in your own house style are possible as well, so the card carries your brand rather than ours.
More than twenty cards
Larger rollouts are quoted individually, including custom design, phased delivery and onboarding for your team. Write to info@blacktap.be with your company name, VAT number, the number of employees and what you have in mind, and we come back with a proposal.

Invoicing
Every order comes with a proper VAT invoice. Belgian VAT applies for Belgian companies. For companies in other EU countries, we apply the reverse charge once you have entered a valid VAT number.
